The Puilacher cooperative winery is located in the South of France, in the heart of the middle valley of the Hérault, between the Salagou lake to the North, the hills of the Moure to the South, the gates of Montpellier to the East and Pézénas to the West. It is an early sector, composed of Villafranchian terraces, clay-limestone soils as well as deep alluvial soils of the Hérault.
The 450 or so winegrowers of the Clochers et Terroirs winery have been cultivating with passion, and for generations, a wine-growing area of approximately 3 000 hectares of vines in our typical southern villages of Puilacher, Nébian and Aspiran, located in the heart of the Hérault Valley. Together, we produce no less than 200,000 hectolitres of Red, Rosé and White wine each year, which are then sold all over the world.
The activity of the cellar Focused on the production of quality-respecting products, our cellar mainly produces wines benefiting from the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) such as Oc, Vicomté d'Aumelas, Coteaux du Salagou, Ceressou, Hérault wines... but also from the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) such as Languedoc Rouge, Rosé and Blanc and Clairette du Languedoc. The activity of the Clochers et Terroirs cellar is mainly oriented towards bulk sales to major merchants from all over the world, but in a desire for proximity with our consumers who love good regional wines, part of our production is also bottled by us in order to be sold directly to individuals in our various cellars in Nébian.
Excellence, sustainability, and solidarity; these are the main driving forces that have been guiding us on a daily basis in the Cave de Montbrun-des-Corbières for more than 80 years. Spread over more than 500 hectares on the edge of the Mediterranean sea, our entire production is doubly certified by HVE and Terra Vitis, both rewards of a sustainable viticulture approach. We are vinegrowers driven by our love of the terroir under the supervision of our Director, also a passionate vinegrower, with skills set through the whole business line. Additionally, the winery is locally committed in the development of renewable energy projects (solar and wind). In the Cave de Montbrun-des-Corbières, we are proud to offer you quality wines and constantly meet our customers' expectations.

Right between the Mediterranean Sea, the Pyrenees, and the "Massif Central" mountains, our cooperative enjoys an ideal climate characterized by wind and sun, perfect for grape ripening. From the outset, we made substantial investments in our winery infrastructure to ensure top-tier quality for our valued customers. Combining these essential elements, we are specialized in providing market-aligned wines focused on fruit and freshness, mainly in bulk with substantial batches. Thanks to the work carried out in the 1,600-hectare vineyard, the majority of the production is certified High Environmental Value (HVE).
The main grape variety are: Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Pinot, Chardonnay, Sauvigon,Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Malbec, Viognier. We work primarily with wine merchants, both from France and around the world, for an average production of 130,000 hectoliters.

Our Cellar is a Cooperative Cellar, the legacy of more than 100 years of history, since it was created in 1910. A Cooperative Cellar is above all a collective, a group of men and women viscerally attached to their land, their country, their vineyards.
We have a whole range of red wines, vinified in mono varietal Grenache Noir or blended with Carignan, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
Fruity or aged in barrels, they come from vines selected according to rigorous specifications.
In this world of Maury, there have long existed only wines aged in cellars for several years in oak tuns or demi-muids. These wines, called TUILÉ because they come from black grapes or AMBER because they come from white grapes, are aromatically complex wines served at the start or end of a meal.
