This single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is crafted entirely from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from Shalev Estate in the Wairau Valley of Marlborough, right next to Hillersden Winery. According to Candice Chow for Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, this wine is:
"Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is voluminous, packed with aromas of mango, guava, citrus and blossom. Medium-bodied, aromas of guava, mango, lime, zest and lime blossom. There is a slight phenolic grip along a crisp acid line, lending a dry, citrusy finish. Match with shellfish and sole over the next 2-3 years."
